TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING:  If you want it all, this class is for you.  This class will help you get your body into peak condition.  With exercises designed to define the abdominals, the upper and lower body, total body conditioning is everything you've been wanting and more!

CARDIO KICKBOXING EXPRESS:  This knockout class combines the power and precision of boxing and kicking with the energy of aerobics.   Fight your way to fitness in a class that is both challenging and fun!


BOOT CAMP:  Looking for a way to maximize your time in the gym?   If so, then BOOT CAMP just may be the class for you.  Challenge both your aerobic capacity and its anaerobic alter ego in a class that incorporates resistance and functional training.

YOGA:  A new class for the new millennium and the new you!  Increase your flexibility as you strengthen tone and stretch the abdominals and all major muscle groups.  Experience the power of flexible strength.

EXTREME STEP:  A high-energy class that combines innovative choreography with powerful, exciting moves designed to challenge your muscles.

CARDIO DANCE & TONE:  This upbeat, high energy class will combine different dance styles and music with traditional aerobics to give you a fun and exciting cardio and strength workout.
