CARDIO KICKBOXING EXPRESS: This knockout
class combines the power and precision of boxing and kicking with the energy of aerobics.
Fight your way to fitness in a class that is both challenging and fun!
BOOT CAMP: Looking for a way to maximize your time in
the gym? If so, then BOOT CAMP just may be the class for
you. Challenge both your aerobic capacity and its anaerobic alter
ego in a class that incorporates resistance and functional training.
YOGA: A new class for the new millennium and the new
you! Increase your flexibility as you strengthen tone and stretch
the abdominals and all major muscle groups. Experience the power of

EXTREME STEP: A high-energy class that combines
innovative choreography with powerful, exciting moves designed to

will combine different dance styles and music with traditional aerobics to
